G Squadron

Welcome!  The purpose of this web site is to allow alumni of the Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets G Squadron to stay in touch.

G Squadron was formed from N and O Squadrons in Spring 1970 after a major reorganization of the Corps of Cadets.  Women first joined the unit in Fall 1979 when L Squadron was disbanded.  G Squadron was renamed G Company in Fall 1984.

In Memoriam
Seth Mitchell (G-01) David Seth Mitchell (G-01) passed away October 26, 2009 while on duty in Afghanistan.  An obituary was printed in the Star News of Wilmington, NC.  Additional information can be found in Virginia Tech News.
